In order to become a Chapter of Excellence for the IAAP FY 2011-2012,
the Board and members of the Razorback Chapter created a Business Plan for the Chapter.
In prior years, the Chapter had a Strategic Plan and Marketing Plan as separate documents.
The Business Plan combines these into one document.
